The FLY wrist pocket is just the start for sisters Louise & Sally, with plans to expand the range to a collection of ready to wear sports packs.
Today the range offers 2 distinct products – the FLY Active and FLY Waterproof wrist pocket.
Exercise is part of their daily routines. Fitting it in is very different for Sally, a mum and Louise who has spent the last 7 years running her own marketing business but both require discipline, motivation and planning.
For many years Louise promoted health and fitness to time poor business professionals. An event held in the CBD of each Capital City making it accessible for city workers to fly out the door for a quick 30 minute workout. By making it easier for people to exercise they are more likely to make it a daily or weekly habit. Busy travelling for work, Louise had to be disciplined and motivated to maintain a fitness routine away from home. Knowing where to run in each city helped plan where to stay and when to fit it in. Luggage had to be well planned to take enough gear but not pack too heavy, with plenty of plastic bags to re-pack gear after wear.
Sally, a mum of three, finds it a challenge to fit exercise in around her children’s busy lifestyles and her own. Like most mum’s, Sally takes on many roles at the schools and sporting clubs and actively gets involved in her children’s lives. To fit in daily exercise, Sally made it part of her social life, meeting friends at the gym for a quick workout or run with friends finished with a coffee.
By making fitness easier with more practical active wear and accessories the busy executive, mum or student would find less excuses why not to fit daily exercise into their routine.
